OUR APPROACH
A Softer Path to Healing
Sometimes the words won’t come. Sometimes talking isn’t enough. Soulfully Wild offers a holistic, mind-body approach for those seeking healing through a different doorway — the creative one
Whether you’re navigating grief, recovering from a difficult relationship, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you’ll find a warm, judgment-free space here.
Our offerings are a complement to — not a replacement for — care from licensed mental health professionals.
Expressive Art
Painting, clay, and collage as gentle doorways into feeling.
Held & Guided
Small groups and one-to-one sessions in a warm, unhurried space.
Mind & Body
Breath, movement, and reflection woven through every practice.
The Offerings
Come as you are
Each gathering is small, intimate, and paced with care.
If finances are an issue, please contact us. Healing should be within everyone’s reach, and sliding scale pricing is available for select classes.
Private Sessions
One-on-One Healing Sessions
Not quite ready for a group? Prefer a quieter pace? Private healing sessions are available in person at our Sioux Falls studio or from the comfort of your home over Zoom. Wherever you are — in the world or in your journey — we’ll meet you there.

Meet Sherry
Sherry Lou Canino
Owner, Author & Guide
Sherry Lou Canino was born and raised in the charming town of Baldwinsville, Central New York, where she grew up as the youngest of eight siblings. With three sisters and four brothers, her upbringing was filled with a rich blend of family life.
Sherry earned her degree in accounting and dedicated over 20 years to a successful career in the field. Her passion for art also led her to run a thriving art business, which earned her recognition in Syracuse Women’s Magazine. She further enriched her career by facilitating art healing groups for individuals with eating disorders, a cause close to her heart.
Today, Sherry brings that same heart to Soulfully Wild — a studio built on the belief that creativity can carry us through what words cannot.
